On 14 June 2025, the Governor of Minnesota signed House File 4 (HF 4) enacted during the First Special Session of 2025. Among its provisions, the Act amends Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 325E.3892, thereby supplementing and strengthening the existing restrictions on lead and cadmium in consumer products.
